How can i use my company email template in the bydefault email notification of MIM

HI All,

Please help me to use my company template in the by default email notification of major incident management process.

Major incident management by default emails are simple in look and we want to use our company email template in these emails, but i can not see any option to chose the template in these 

These email can be compose from Communication tab of MIM but they are simple template.

please help to add my company template in these emails.

Hi @Anuj30 ,

You need to navigate to notifications under emails where u need to open the email which is being sent n then once u open the email under What it will contain tab u will be able to see the template field where u can select ur company template.

These are bydefault template in major incident module.

there is no option for selection of template
