How can I use translated Survey?

Hi,

I translated Survey Wizard on few languages: Finnish, Polish etc. If I close the incident as a user with default Finnish language, the email notification generated by task.send_survey event contains the url to the Finnish survey.   sysparm_survey= "Finnish name" If I click on the link, english survey displays.

 

I changed "survey_take" ui page. I added this code:

                                                          gs.log(">>>DEBUG lang no");}

 

I added this parameter to the survey, but it didn't help.

Can you tell me how to translate a survey from language to another language.I want to translate my survey from English to Spanish and Portuguese.

you have to enable translation.


Translating an Instance - ServiceNow Wiki Step 1,Step 2, step 3.


Then set the language to Spanish

Open record with survey and modify the questions: Replace english version by spanish.
