How can one initiate the creation or generation of entities within ServiceNow GRC?

There is something to know about the Entities in ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance).'
Profile scoping redefined with the term called 'Entity Scoping' in GRC. Entity can be anything, it may be any documentation, departments, profile etc.

By defining an "Entity Type" and establishing an associated "Entity filter," the system seamlessly generates the corresponding entities.
