How can the Options header be removed from a container split?

When using a container split in a catalog item, the second column has an 'Options' header (see image below). Is there a way to get rid of it or at least hide it?

Thanks in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide.

Check out the response here from roy.walton.  That should work.

You could also set up a script as shown here to create the label and then hide it by sys_id.  Just know that this technique won't work in the Service Portal.

Hi,

I just used invisible character instead of space. It still works as an override.

Invisible character: ‎

You can also google it.
