Would anyone know how it is possible for two ServiceNow instances (i.e. QA and PROD) for the same company to have the same IP address? I assume there is some re-direct that checks the credentials you are sending, or possible the URL name you typed in, and then re-directs you to the desired instance, but I am not sure how that works or how ServiceNow checks.
