I'm trying to Activate 2 differents plugins on my Dev instance (dev385881) but for the second time it failed.

Did this happen with you in the past? How did you resolve?

Ahoy @LuanaM,

could you possibly share what plugins are you trying to install and what't the result?

Nobody cannot tell if it happened to them without knowing what plugin(s) are you referring to... some (but very few) are unavailable in PDIs.

Also, when it failed what was the error message or failed that there was no install button (was it read-only) or failed how?

Sharing a screenshot or two is something that could help me to udnerstand your question better and then give you better answer. Let me know if that works for you

Hi Dear,

I was trying to install the "Customer Service Virtual Agent Conversations" and "Activate all Software Asset Management Professional plugins" - I got the message "Unfortunately the plugin was not activated."

However, I did try to install again this afternoon and it worked.

Thanks for replying!
