How can we abort the action on record producer which is present at service portal for User ID field?

My requirement is:

I have given a reference of user table to UserID field which is present at record producer on service portal. So if logged in user UserID on service portal get matched with the UserID on [sys_user]

then Action should be aborted?

How can we achieve this functionality using scripting?
