Yes I have tried the process you have mentioned in links, that was working fine. But I think @Kalyani Undadi has followed the steps mentioned in article https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_article&sys_id=07f857a3dbec08d0d82ffb2439961.... I tried to replicate the same but it's not working.
