How can we compare 2 fields in a report

Hi Team,

I have one requirement to show how many units worked in month. I have one field 'units' and numbers are input. I need to get report '60 - total of 'units' value' in one report. Which means a comparison.

60 is the total unit in one month to complete. Overall the report shows how many work is balance.

Please anyone help me on this. Which report I need to use for this?
