Hi Community,

How can we get these two options complete and incomplete in Catalog task 

instead of one transition line.

Hi Srinivasu Sagiraju,

1) Open the catalog task, scroll down to the conditions

2) Add new conditions as required

3) Now you can add new transition lines to the catalog task

Hi @Srinivasu2,

Stages are assigned to Activities in a workflow. By assigning the Stages to the Activities of a Service Catalog Item, the Workflow Engine can report the status of the process. This status is reflected in the Stage Column of the RITM record. Based on the stages only RITM will be set to Complete, Request Cancelled, Closed incomplete or Closed skipped. You can see the Always under conditions in a catalog task activity. You can define new conditions as well.
