How can we test the widgets in portal in ATF?

Hi,

In ATF, need to validate/test the widgets  (means validating the visibility and functionality) in portal. Is that possible in ATF by using which test step? Can anyone help me?

Hello,

The OOB Test Step categories include Forms in Portal and Service Catalog in Portal, but both of these offer general steps like Field value validation in portal or Variable state validation in portal. 

ATF also encompasses Customer UI Step Configuration creation, below is a link having use case: " Click UI Element (Custom)". Few have already replied they did custom widget testing using this link.
