How change CAB approval policy in Change Request

Hi,

CAB approval policy how to change,

condition all of the CAB group users needs to update there response , if any one updated as rejected the group approval get rejected and move to default state.

as per the requirement , if the 5 group members , 4 of them approved and 1 updated as no longer required then state change and move to next state.
in case any one reject the CR then flow needs to stop.

how it is possible?

Hi,

Have you updated the 'wait for' choice value on the change approval definition to 'All responses'. Not sure if this will handle your 'no longer required' use case
