Redirect to RITM rather than REQ after submitting the catalog item (ESC Portal)

Hello Everyone, 

We are currently facing an issue where creating a catalog item redirects us to the REQ instead of the RITM. We need to change this redirection to RITM. We are using the ESC Portal on ServiceNow version Xanadu.

Despite trying several solutions mentioned in various posts, none have worked for us. If anyone has experience with this or knows a solution, your help would be greatly appreciated.
