Hi Victoria,

To change the header menu you can navigate to the header which is linked to the theme and you can add a line of code to include your HI portal link.Below are the screenshots

1)Find theme for your portal

2)Go to header and modify

3) Here is result

Hi Viktoria,

It sounds like you are trying to add a link to your service portal in the user menu of your non-portal view, is that correct? This should be a similar modification to code as described above, you'll just need to make sure you're modifying the right header.
