Hi All,
The requirement is to deactivate or remove few Views only from Change form/table.
I opened specific View and sorted out on the Change table from "Lists" related tab but I cannot see any option to deactivate or delete it? (snap)
Also, these are the user preference's stored in Lists tab and removing User Preference "data" won't be store in update set?
My ask is,
How I could deactivate /remove unwanted view ? Its waste to remove from Dev env and I need to collect all the user preferences list from Prod and address it in Prod itself right? if so then what the approach do I need to set ?
Regards,
Virendra

Hi @Virendra K,
Views can be hidden. See snip below.
When you check "Hidden" check box it will not show to any user except for user with Admin role.
For you User Preference question. I didn't understand what do you wish to achieve.
Please elaborate with some snips.

Hi @VikMach
Thanks for the reply.
Applying check "Hidden" check box will cause globally because there are others tables which are using SOW view. We just need to hide it from Change, not from any other table like Incident , Problem , Task etc.
Suppose if any user might have set a own view which will be also get stored in the View's "Lists" tab with user name so we called it as user preferences created for that view. I mean if we have such a list of users then that too also need to remove that Lists tab.

In that case you can create a View Rule. See snip below.
Let me know if that worked.

@VikMach Thanks for the reply.
How we could set the View rule not to visible for specific table ?
like We don't want to show SOW view for Change table only ?
