Hi Ashish,

I don't know if a supported way to do that. That doesn't mean it's not possibly, only that I don't know at this time. It's not an OOB configurable option. What is the business case for wanting to remove the picture?

You can remove the avatar by navigating   below from the instance

Portal->Theme->header and remove below highlighted line
