I’m trying to add a custom field to the cloned “Online check-in experience” widget in ServiceNow.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
I added the new field to walkUpAppointmentPanelCopy, and it displays correctly on the Employee Center.
However, when creating a new appointment, the value from this field isn’t being saved to wu_appointment table record (via createAppointment).
Could you provide a step-by-step guide on how to properly add a new field so that its value is successfully saved to a new appointment record?
