How do I add survey widget on csm portal navigation menu?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar as per the community reference I have Activated the Surveys Menu Item please see below screenshot 

but Survey menu item is not reflected no CSM Portal navigation menu. Is there anything I'm missing?

Hi there,

You can create a menu item under Menu header to show a new menu item on your portal. To do so follow below steps:

1. Navigate to Service Portal > Portals
2. Open your portal record like sp.
3. Open main menu reference record.
4. Scroll down under SP header menu record to see Menu items.
5. Click on new button in the related list to create new menu item.
6. If your survey widget is on a service portal page then select type as page & in page field select the page.

Note: You need to put your survey widget on a service portal page.
