Hi Team,
I am trying to figure out how to change the text of the auto-generated message that appears whenever a new record is inserted into the Incidents table using the ServiceNow Portal.
Can anyone help here.

Hi @JinTK ,
I believe if you go to Standard Ticket Conversations Widget in your instance and edit the highlighted section in the attached image you should be able to achieve what is needed.
Note - This is OOB widget making customizations will put you at a risk of it being skipped while upgrading the platform. You would definitely need to keep a track of this widget during upgrades.
