I am working in London, creating a KB article, saving, publishing, then trying to retire. After clicking "Retire", a popup appears to make sure the user had already used "Check Links". I have not yet found the way to send a click to that popup window, so the test continues on to attempt to "Unretire". This fails because the KB article is still Published, the popup prevents the retire from completing.
Any suggestions on where to find the answer?
Thanks

Jonathan,
I just searched the ID of the OK button and its ok_button (all small caps). Sorry for the wrong button name, I got it from the documentation directly but looks like the documentation page has a mistake.
Give it a shot.
Reference: Form test step: Click Modal Button

Thanks Aman, this is getting me closer but not all the way there.
I used the step for "Click Modal Button", gave it the form name "glide_confirm_standard", and for the button used "OK_button". The error this time is that there is no "OK_button" to click, so now I am on a hunt for the correct button name or ID to use.
Is there a way to learn the button names for glide modal forms? I have been searching the online documentation, but not finding any names.
Thanks again!
Jonathan

Aman,
The information you provided above was very helpful, thanks for sharing. I'm attempting to do something similar with ATF for Major Incident. When proposing a major incident using the "Propose Major Incident" UI Action, a modal appears to provide work notes and then select "Propose". I found out how to add the work notes but am unable to select the "Propose" button since ATF doesn't seem to be recognizing the UI Page I'm referencing.
In the UI Action "Propose Major Incident", the GlideModal "sn_major_inc_mgmt_mim_propose" is referenced, though is not a selectable UI Page in the Click Modal Button test step. What is defined as a UI Page is mim_propose, which appears to be what I need. However, in testing this, ATF is failing and says "FAILURE: Did not find GlideDialogWindow or GlideModal".
I'm also having trouble finding the ID of the 'Propose' button- How did you find that? My best guess for it would be mim-propose-button as that's how it's identified in the mim_propose UI Page.
Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks in advance for reading!
Best,

Hi Marques,
How did you add work notes in the modal popup using ATF, since 'Click Modal button' step does not have any provision for entering field values.? We are experiencing this issue, please help.
