How do I configure a Service Portal widget to redirect to another page

In my current Service Portal, our company had an extra page added with several choices for our users.  I am looking to find were these changes were made to make possible edits or to reproduce on my test instance. 

 

The current setup for our users is to go to the Service Portal, select the "software group" widget, (then you are taken to the newly added page that breaks down the software)  Once the correct software is chosen, then you are taken to the required form.

 

Hoping to get pointed in the right direction to find how this page was inserted.  Any help would be much appreciated!
