How do I configure the ‘My List’ reorder button in the list page CSM configurable workspace?

How do I configure the ‘My List’ reorder button in the list page CSM configurable workspace? I go to reorder the my list by clicking the ‘reorder’ button then drag and drop my list to my desired order and click the ‘save’ button. Then he order saves until I refresh the page or go out and back into the list page it will revert back to the default order. Any help?
We are currently using Agent workspace and users can reorder the ‘My List’ list inside agent workspace but when they try in configurable workspace and refresh the page, the list reverts back to the original order.

Hi @ThunderDev ,
Few things
1)can user add new list or Delete existing list??
2)Is this happening for all the non admin users??
i did check with itil users (having workspace user role) he will able to add, delete and reorder my list
If its not happening for all the non admin user :Can you compare user roles (working users) v/s user roles (failing to reorder)

1) yes the users can add new list to ‘My list’ and delete them. they can re order the list but once the page refreshes it reverts that order
2) It seems to be working fine for admin users.

The issue comes after clicking the done button. Once the done button is clicked, it does re order the My List until they refresh the page. Once the page is refresh the page the list order will revert back to the default.
I have noticed that I as an admin do not have this issue when re ordering the list but the basic user does so I am not sure if this is a role issue.
