How do I create a catalog item with multiple forms (> 1 form)

Hi

I have a requirement to create a catalog item with multiple forms. Is there any article that I can refer for this implementation?

So, it's like, after completing the first form, there will be a Next Button and on clicking on that button, another form with be rendered. After filling up the second form, user can click on Add to Cart OR Submit Order button.

Have you tried using order guide, I think that will be a good option to fulfill this!

Order Guide is handy when there are multiple items that you need to order as part of one request. But here, it is still 1 item - but spread across more than one form.

Do you have any example of Order Guide being used in such a scenario?
