I have 2 identical Assignment rules, one is working and the other is not. I cannot figure out why one of them is not working. I have put the screenshots below. "Employee Relations- 129" is working and "Employee Relations- 128" is not working. There is nothing on the script tab for either one. Any assistance is appreciated.

There might be assignment rule that is running on the same case record which does not do anything.

Hello @Rylie Markle
Greetings!
Check if it is on the correct COE table.
Is it setting to wrong assignment group?
Check if there are any other conflicting assignment rule with same conditions.
Check in hr template, business rule, record producer script if any other group is set.
Please mark the answer as correct solution and helpful if helped.
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chandra

Hi @Ravi Chandra_K !
The COE table is correct and so is the assignment group. It is set up exactly like my other assignment rule that is working. There is no assignment group listed on the HR Template either. This service does not have a record producer so there is nothing there either.
Thanks,
Rylie
