How do I create a UI action that's visible in the Service Portal?

Hello, people.
My colleague just sent me a screenshot, in which there is a drop-down menu called "Action" at the top-right corner of the user view in the Service Portal, which I assume is a UI action:
She asked me if I can create this in the next app that I'm developing, but I've never done this before. Would anyone kindly point me at the right direction of how I can create this?

Hi @C_dric Chen,
If you are talking specifically about the Ticket page and Incident record, the configuration can be found via:
- Navigate to Standard Ticket > Standard Ticket Configuration
- Open record where 'Table' is incident
- In the 'Action Region' tab, open the 'Action widget'
You would have to create a new widget or update the OOB one to modify its behaviour.
