How do I create a user interface policy for a BITM task from a specific catalogue?

I'd like to create an ui policy that will allow fields in a task to be linked together. This task is linked to a BITM which is specific to a catalogue. So I'd like to know if it's possible to do this without impacting other tasks in other BITM ilinked to other catalogues.
