How do I create action task in Compliance Workspace?

I would like to know how to create action task in compliance workspace, I have given my user all the necessary roles but none of them are working. I still cannot create action task. Please advise.

Hi,

To view the "NEW" button on the action task related list, the logged-in user must either have the "sn_grc_case_mgmt.grc_case_manager" role or be a member of the case assignment group.
