How do I display List Collector values from sys_user table as Names instead of sys_id?

I am trying to use the Update Record action in Flow Designer to change the short description on a RITM to contain the values (names) that I have collected using a List Collector variable.  When I put the data pill into the short description field, the result is a short description with the sys_id's of the users instead of the names of the users.  Is there an easy way to do this?
