How do I edit 'Additional Action' menu options from within a form?

I am in the Release form and when I click the hamburger and select 'View' I want to modify what is displayed.

I am trying to modify the options under the View tab from within the form. I don't want there to be two view options.

You want to modify the options that coming under   the view.

Those are the different views of the form. You can delete views and create new views. See this link
