How do I edit 'Additional Action' menu options from within a form?

I am in the Release form and when I click the hamburger and select 'View' I want to modify what is displayed.

you can add view from form layout.
configure>form layout> you will see the view .
you can create view from there also.
once you will done , all the created view will come under that.
to delete that view options
system ui> view > search that view name> open it and go to the section "form sections", delete that or hide that.

I am within a release record clicking on the hamburger(additional actions) to get the menu list………..this is what I am trying to modify.

check the below screenshot
the list of views are "default view", "release","scrum","sdlc". these are the views have been created under release form.
if you go to the configure>form layout> view, you will be able to see the list of views created for release.
you can modify view options.
If you want to Remove view from ui context menu, then it will impact globally.
