How do I enable a push notification that is not available

I want to try push notifications for approvals.

When I go to preferences, only one is available and the rest are grayed out.

How do I activate the ones I want to try? (Make them available for me to select)

If you hover over any of the grayed out toggles, the tooltip states:

"Notification has no Push Message defined."

If you look at any of the notifications (System Notificaiton > Notifications), the 'Push Messages' field on the "What it will contain" tab is likely blank. Once that field is populated, you should be able to subscribe to the notification on the mobile app column.
