How do I get the 'Orphan business capabilities' configuration to show on the EA Workspace?

In our ServiceNow instance, there is an APM EA Configuration called 'Orphan business capabilities'.

However, when I go to the Insights - Business Portfolio tab on the EA Workspace, nothing appears:

I was just wondering if somebody knows what I need to do or how I can trigger the configuration to show on the EA Workspace.
