I'm trying to use a custom widget on our service portal to get a filter to locate interactions related to a specific incident. So I have a widget_param for filter, and what I need it to list the filter as is u_incident=sys_id to be used in an encoded query.
However what I have been trying to use to get the filter to provide this information doesn't seem to work. Can anyone link me how to get the current ticket sys_id into the widget_param field??
