How do I hide the Risk and Impact message from Change Reuqest

Hi all, 

 

When the Risk and Impact fields got updated in the Change request record, it shows the info message on the top of the form like these.

How would I hide these kind of message? I understand these messages are coming from the script include: RiskCalculatorSNC, which I could customize it using script include: - RiskCalculator. How would I customize it or do I have another way to hide them? Thanks
