How do I Install Agile Development Plugin

I am not seeing any kind of open in filter list when I search plugin

Hi @aayanarain 

You didn’t log in as admin; it seems you logged in as a user who doesn’t have admin rights, so the plugin module is not available.

Log out, then log back in as admin, and you will be able to see and install the plugin.

It looks like you don't have enough rights to see it. 

Check on the roles your user has.

You can navigate to System Definition > Plugins

Type Agile Development and search

You can find this product. Also if you need only the plugin, look for the below one:
