Hello,
In SOW agent assist when you click on the templates icon there are three tabs that show. Favorites, My Templates and All. Prior to Yokohama "ALL" was the default tab. Now it seems to be favorites.
Is it possible to make the default tab "ALL" like previous?
How do I make default selection to "All' on Template?

Hi @Dk nov,
can you please provide more details?
I didn't know what templates exactly you mean, so I went to SOW, opened a random incident and my template has the All on default:
Do I try it correctly?
If not, provide step by step, or additional details on modules anything....
It could be somewhere in UI Builder, sys properites, workspace defaults, user preferences, ... but I cannot replicate it on my own, please provide more context

@GlideFather - Hopefully below information helps more with my question:
If you have any favorite articles, then system by default shows Favorite and I want to change that to "all". Whenever any agent clicks on Template, system should take them to All Template instead of Favorite Template. How do I change that?

Hi @Dk nov,
thanks for additional steps, I replicated it now. If no template is marked as favourite then the "All" is default, when any template is marked favourite then it prioritise it for "Favourites".
My question is what is the purpose of this requirement..If you don't want to navigate to the favourite templates then why did you mark them? You either want to have them as favourites, so you mark them and you easily access them or you don't and you will navigate to All instead... why would you mark template and then wanted to avoid them? 😛 I don't understand the reasoning behind.....
