How do I request Instance Data Replication (IDR - com.glide.idr) Plugin activation?

Hi Experts, 

 

On the ServiceNow App store, the Service Bridge for Providers plugin is available for Personal Developer Instances, however, IDR (com.glide.idr) Plugin is required before you can install Service Bridge.

In order to request IDR plugin, directions lead you to HI Portal, however, for PDI that's not an option.

How would I go about requesting IDR (com.glide.idr) for my PDI? It isn't available in ALL Plugins list in the instance, the App Store, nor is it available on the developer.servicenow.com portal where you manage instance plugins. 

 

If anyone has done this or know how to request plugin to be activated for PDI, I'd greatly appreciate your feedback!

Hello @brown9394 ,

 

IDR(com.glide.idr) is a cost-associated plugin. So you cannot install it in your PDI.

If you need to install this for any POC on Service Bridge, then create a request on HI support for any demo instances.
