We have a scoped application called "Campus Services". We know how to build the ESS page for it, but not sure how to receive a "Catalog Item" with RITM table, Task table, and Add to cart option - inside our scoped application.
If we go to maintain items and build a "Catalog Item" in the scoped app Campus Services, it still shows up in Global. Does anyone have any instructions on how to do this, or if it can be done at all?

Hello Sherry,
That is not the expected behavior. Catalog items can be captured as part of the scoped application. Please make sure you are in the right scope before creating a catalog item i.e Click on the cog wheel and make sure application picker is set to your application scope. Screenshot for reference.

Chandu,
Thanks for your reply, but this is not the issue. The ESS page and Campus Service Catalog see the new Catalog Item. It is the back end that does not receive the ticket to work. It does work with Record Producers, but we are wanting to use a Catalog Item with the Cart feature.

hi Sherry,
you might want to make a Record Producer to create a new record on the new custom table you created. Catalog Items are usually only for Request Items, but you can publish any kind of Record Producer inside the catalog. So play around with creating a Record Producer!
Thanks,
