How do we enable flow context execution details in PDI?

How do we enable flow context execution details in PDI?
I have set the "com.snc.process_flow.reporting.level" property to FULL 

But still, I can't see the flow context operations window and show the below page

Update the value from "Full" to "ON".

I have submitted the new request today and getting the below window when I click the "flow contexts" from the related link, 
I am wondering why the flow execution details were not opening
