https://www.esmalliance.com/2019/01/18/customisation-of-the-service-portals-date-and-time-picker/
I'm trying to follow this step by step guide to have my date and time picker next to each other in the portal rather than have the user click on the clock to open the time picker. But the first step requires me to create a new angular ng template. This is what I see when I type in angular in the navigation bar.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Just type sp_ng_template.list in the application navigator and hit enter. You should then see the list of avaialable templates with abillity to creat a new one. Or you can create one directly from the widget form.
