How do you keep the PDI from being reclaimed - i use it frequently but it keeps getting reclaimed

As per docs, it is claimed only after 10 days of inactivity.

If don't want it to be reclaimed, ensure at least logging in every weekend.

If still happens, report to Support

Not only do I login every day, i am creating new incidents everyday. I cannot open a support ticket with a developer instance - that is my problem...

I've had the same issue. At the very least, I log in daily (Monday-Friday). Usually I'll go make a change to a record so it's more than a simple login. Got the emails that it was going to be reclaimed soon. Continued to login and make more changes. Then it got reclaimed. Happened to me about a year ago and then again last week. At least this time I had the option to restore the instance that was reclaimed. I didn't get it last time. Did you try Aman's solution of giving feedback? If so, did that help?
