How do you keep the PDI from being reclaimed - i use it frequently but it keeps getting reclaimed

Hi
You will have to keep logging in. If you do not login between 10 days from the last login then PDI will be reclaimed.

Not only do I login every day, i am creating new incidents everyday. I cannot open a support ticket with a developer instance - that is my problem...

Hi Barry,
To create a Support ticket you need to have customer instance you can create a Support ticket for PDIs.
Also, To get PDI support, open the Developer Site <https://developer.servicenow.com > and click the Give Feedback button.
