How does REQ and RITM records work when importing SCTASK records?

We will be importing a number of records from a SmartSheet into ServiceNow. These are a variety of incidents and task related records.
I will most likely export the SmartSheet to CSV and then import into ServiceNow
When importing a task record, how would this be coming into ServiceNow?
Would the record come into ServiceNow as an SCTASK because if so, how are the respective REQ and RITM records generated?
