Interactive filter on Variable of catalog item

hi all
i have created variable in catalog item Catering Type (multiple choice) with values as (veg, non-veg,others).

 

Need to create Dashboard which should display details based on Catering Type.

Please suggest on how to create interactive filter for Variable.
