I want to know the script that runs behind the sys_view_count field implemenation.
I thought it was Cascade count to later versions Business Rule but I put a log message, viewed a article to updated the sys_view_count, the field was updated but I could not see the log message in syslog table.
I know there is Count Knowledge Use scheduled job, but it used to update the field at the end of the day according to the numbers of day selected on the system property.
I need to know what script updates in real time the sys_view_count field.
