Hi @AnkitT

ESC has been used for internal users / employee mainly.

xxxx.service-now.com/esc

Ask user to try this way.

HI @AnkitT

Any user has record in HR profile (sn_hr_core_profile) table shall have the access to the Employee Service Center (ESC), no any role is required.

Hello @AnkitT ,

When HR profile gets created against the user profile, two client roles are automatically assigned to the particular user.

1. sn_hr_core.hrsm_employee

2. sn_hr_sp.hrsp_employee

Based on these above roles, employees can easily access the ESC.
