There will be a service catalog form in Servicenow. End users will use this form to submit a request to create a new distribution list in Azure.

What is the issue here? Or what are you looking for. Can you pls explain a bit more on what have you tried and what is where you are stuck and not understanding.

1.ServiceNow team is looking to integrate with Microsoft Azure to create distribution list in Azure.
2- There will be a service catalog form in Servicenow. End users will use this form to submit a request to create a new distribution list in Azure.
3- There will be another field to add members to the created DL.
