Hello experts,
I would like to know step by step procedure of incident creation in the "Datadog incident" table which is scoped/custom table available in ServiceNow after plugin installation is done.
How Datadog tool automatically creates incident in the "Datadog incident" table in ServiceNow and how the record/incident will be like? Since there are no fields related to Incidents like Service, caller, category etc..
If anyone has idea on this, please enlighten me.
Appreciate your help and efforts!
Thanks,
Ksnow

Hello
Thank you for your response.
I have gone through the link you've shared but in that it's mentioned about the integration between ServiceNow and Datadog.
And the process to insert the record to the incident table directly which was not clear because there are no necessary fields to fill the incident form.
I am precisely asking about the creation of the record/incident in the "Datadog incident" table via Datadog. My current task is related to this. So, I am curious to know if anyone has done similar kind of work.
To give more idea of the requirement.
Datadog tool - Datadog incident table in ServiceNow (record/incident)
Datadog incident table (record/incident) - Incident (main table in ServiceNow)
Update to be done vice-versa
Note: I haven't received complete specification from the client but just to have an idea before itself.
So, I am curious to know if anyone has done similar kind of work.
Thanks,
Ksnow
