how many ways we create the tables in servicenow ?

I navigate to Tables -> and create news from there.

There are several ways. Which way depends on what you are comfortable with and sometimes the context you are in.

I tend to create most of my tables in Studio because I do mostly scoped apps.

If I'm using the global scope for a quick test or something else, I go to System Definition> Tables and click New.

You COULD do it from the dictionary, but I generally don't. Too many details to remember that are addressed from the other methods listed above.
