What is the source of triggering the event called record.send_survey ?

Check out the following Out Of Box (OOB) Business Rules which contain that event: send_survey

Business Rules: Dispatch Survey Notification Event and Dispatch Survey event (Non triggered)

When we create a trigger condition, automatically Assesement business rule will generate how these two business rule Dispatch Survey Notification Events are related to each other.

Hi @Kishor O,

When you open up the Business Rules, you'll see a 'When' tab which controls when to trigger the event - for example, after an update and after and insert when the conditions are met.

What are you trying to do? Trigger an event yourself or disable/change these event conditions?
